When on the RACK, members will push their legs and shoulders to the limit with an array of different techniques and schemes that ensures killer activation and muscle breakdown. The beauty of stacking these two powerhouse muscle groups together is that they allow combination exercises to be executed unlike ever before. From foundational movements to explosive power sequences, this class is the real deal. The cardio will be adjusted to further challenge these muscles by implementing battle ropes, combination patterns on the assault bike, and treadmill routines. This class breeds caloric burn, muscle activation, and metabolic enhancement. With consistency and hard work, Monday’s workout will deliver amazing results.
